Gastronomy offer is based on traditional specialities, such as Vlašić cheese, bosnian suđuk and beg's soup. In the beef and sheep meat meals You can recognize the combination of different cultures created by using continental and mediterranian ingredients.
However, the house speciality, as well as the hotel, is named after the world famous high jumper Blanka Vlašić. The beef filet Blanca is made according to your taste and it symbolises the strength of the mountain, the energy of the sportsman and the spirit of the winner. The balance is given by the crabe sauce, in which richness of the flavour You can feel the mediterranian wind and the depth of the nature. Its pink colour emphasise its elegance and softness. Filet Blanca is served for two persons, as a symbol of the jumped two meters by Blanca Vlašić.
